ACHD is a unique agency in that it has jurisdiction over the local public highway system within six cities and the county in Ada County, Idaho, and manages aspects of the state highway system within its jurisdiction. The multi-jurisdictional role of ACHD has fostered numerous financing strategies and partnerships among state and local government entities, as well as the private sector, to address local transportation needs in an innovative and productive manner. A series of policy statements developed by ACHD in the mid-1990s serve as the impetus for these programs, which locally projects the philosophy and intent of innovative financing programs established through Federal transportation bills. 000207819 650__ $$aResearch and Development/Tech Change/Emerging Technologies 000207819 650__ $$aResearch Methods/Statistical Methods 000207819 700__ $$aLevihn, Kathryn A. 000207819 700__ $$aKostelec, Donald 000207819 700__ $$aBowman, Sabrina 000207819 773__ $$d2007 000207819 8564_ $$9253b25a4-92bb-4c66-99e5-c4eba0db0734$$s116772$$uhttps://ageconsearch.umn.edu/record/207819/files/2007_1B_BoiseID_paper.pdf 000207819 887__ $$ahttp://purl.umn.edu/207819 000207819 909CO $$ooai:ageconsearch.umn.edu:207819$$pGLOBAL_SET 000207819 912__ $$nSubmitted by Lisa Vang (vang1490@umn.edu) on 2015-08-14T17:10:33Z No. of bitstreams: 1 2007_1B_BoiseID_paper.pdf: 116772 bytes, checksum: 8b8fa020593091ffddd084affb28cead (MD5) 000207819 912__ $$nMade available in DSpace on 2015-08-14T17:10:33Z (GMT).
