Abstract
The present time to build a relationship with the customer is the base of operation of any enterprises.
This also applies to the activities of agritourism. Analysis are based on a survey conducted in a group of
50 agritourism farm. Aim of this article is to present the needs to build relationships with clients of tourism
farm. The result of the study found that almost half of the respondents to take into account the care and
customer focus when starting. Nearly 75% of respondents maintain lasting relationship with our customers.
