En este estudio se analiza el traje legal de los Consejos Reguladores de las Denominaciones de origen y otros sistemas de calidad agroalimentaria en Espana en la legislacion estatal y autonomica. El previsible eclipse progresivo o paralizacion del modelo mayoritario, estructurado en torno a una concepcion de los mismos como corporaciones de derecho publico, ahve necesaria la identificacion de los otros modelos de referencia para el funcionamiento del organo gestor como pueden ser la interprofesional, las fundaciones o las asociaciones (consideradas como entidades sin animo de lucro). The study analyse the legal "suit" of the GI and other food quality system's Managements Bodies in Spain throughout the national and regional legal framework. Due to the financial crisis and the Administrative restrictions, the so-called Public Body model is in danger of extinction. In that sense, one of the goals of the study consists on identifying other models or structures of managing like interbranch associations, private associations or foundations because they are non-profit entities.
