Using the responses from a survey of farmers in New England, we use logistic and ordered logistic models to determine how farm-level factors are associated with the probability of: 1) the farmer believing that his participation in MFAs is successful; 2) the farmer believing that his participation in MFAs has achieved a certain level of success; and 3) the probability that the farmer expresses a desire to continue participating in MFAs. We provide new and interesting insights into MFA success and participation by using a unique, detailed survey of New England farmers and by focusing on success as it is perceived by the farmer.}, url = {http://ageconsearch.umn.edu/record/170320}, doi = {https://doi.org/10.22004/ag.econ.170320}, }
