An impact analysis is carried out based on randomised survey data taking into account of potential systematic selection bias through double difference techniques and reflexive comparisons. Findings from the research show that the amount and quality of the services and the speed of services delivery have been improved significantly as a result of the intervention. Evidence from the evaluation suggests that disadvantaged farmers benefit more from this intervention than those who are better off. 000126798 546__ $$aEnglish 000126798 650__ $$aCommunity/Rural/Urban Development 000126798 650__ $$aResearch and Development/Tech Change/Emerging Technologies 000126798 6531_ $$aMobile phone technology 000126798 6531_ $$aagricultural extension services 000126798 6531_ $$aimpact analysis 000126798 6531_ $$aIndia 000126798 700__ $$aAkter, Shaheen 000126798 700__ $$aFu, Xiaolan 000126798 773__ $$d2012 000126798 8564_ $$9f11d8e6a-435a-445e-bdc6-71c0434f6eaf$$s446588$$uhttps://ageconsearch.umn.edu/record/126798/files/XiaolanAkter1-IAAE2012-ed-1.pdf 000126798 887__ $$ahttp://purl.umn.edu/126798 000126798 909CO $$ooai:ageconsearch.umn.edu:126798$$pGLOBAL_SET 000126798 912__ $$nSubmitted by Linda Eells (lle@umn.edu) on 2012-07-02T14:49:24Z No. of bitstreams: 1 Akter.pdf: 674638 bytes, checksum: 52454b01abc96192bdf7596ff9bd19ba (MD5) 000126798 912__ $$nMade available in DSpace on 2012-07-02T14:49:28Z (GMT).
