A hazai turizmus követi a nemzetközi turizmus trendjeit, így a magyar rendezvény-, illetve konferenciaszállodák is mind jelentősebb forgalmat bonyolítanak le, 2015-ben például több mint 1,3 millió fő érkezett Magyarországra hivatásturizmus céljából. Az új trendek egyike a felnőttbarát szállodák működtetése, amelyből jelenleg három működik hazánkban. Míg a legelső felnőttbarát szálloda hazánkban, az egri Hotel Imola Platán 2013-ban, a ráckevei négycsillagos Duna Relax & Event Hotel 2015 szeptemberében lett felnőttbarát szállodává nyilvánítva. Végül a Bükkös Hotel Spa**** 2016 februárjában döntött a változtatásról, és így 12 év alatti vendégeket nem fogadva, a gyermekmentesség útjára lépett. A Duna Relax & Event Hotel****-ben végzett kérdőíves kutatásunk fő célja az volt, hogy a vendégek véleményét megismerjük, vajon jó döntés volt-e a szállodát felnőttbaráttá nyilvánítani, és hogy befolyásolta-e ez a tény őket az utazási döntés meghozatalában, továbbá vajon milyen területen vették észre, hogy gyermekmentes szállodában vannak. A 100 fő által kitöltött kérdőív alapján úgy tűnik, hogy vendégek 88%-a szerint jó döntés volt a szállodát felnőttbaráttá nyilvánítani. Figyelemre méltó azonban az a tény, hogy 59%-uk döntésében nem játszott szerepet a felnőttbarát minősítés. A vendégek leginkább a wellnessrészleg hangulatán vették észre a felnőttbarát jelleget (32 fő), másodsorban pedig a gyermekek által keltett zaj hiánya tűnt fel nekik (20 fő válasza alapján). ---------------------- Domestic tourism follows the trends of international tourism, so large numbers of guests choose for their stay a Hungarian event or conference hotels. For example in 2015 more than 1.3 million individuals came to Hungary for the purpose of MICE tourism. One of these new trends is the launching of operation of adults only (children free) hotels. Presently, there are three adults only hotels in our country. The first adults only hotel was Hotel Imola Platán in Eger, which became children free in 2013. The four-star Duna Relax & Event Hotel in Ráckeve was pronounced adults only hotel in September 2015. Finally, Bükkös Hotel Spa**** decided to make the change in February 2016, so it doesn’t accept children under the age of 12. We carried out our questionnaire-based research in Duna Relax & Event Hotel. The main purpose of the research was to find out whether it was a good decision to transform the hotel into an adults only category. Furthermore, we wanted to know how this fact has influenced the decision of our guests to come here and how they have realized that they were in an adults only hotel. Based on a questionnaire which was filled in by 100 people, it seems that 88% of guests thought that it was a good decision to pronounce the hotel adult-friendly. We have found out that in 59% of the cases the adults only categorization hasn’t played a role in our guests’ decisions. The adults only nature of the hotel was primarily noticed by the guests in the atmosphere of the wellness area (32 people) and secondly in the lack of noise generated by children (based on 20 responses).
