Abstract

Each business entity being in a certain social and economic environment is dependent on both external and internal environment factors. The external environment factors, such as social-cultural, political-legal, economic, and technological ones, and the internal environment factors covering natural and technical resources, technological processes level, qualification of manual and executive workers and their structural arrangement undermine a level of the resulting behaviour of business entities. By changing these factors the resulting behaviour can be changed and, vice versa, from the required level of this behaviour it can be inferred that some changes in individual factors are necessary.
