The variables that constitute this model were specified from the relevant attributes to the accreditation process developed by coffee SAG institutions. Such attributes are distributed at different levels of maturity. The model parameters were selected because they are the essential factors contained in the main certification standards used in Brazilian coffee and are aligned with the requirements of BPO approach (Business Process Orientation).
