COMMUNITIES OF BIAŁA PODLASKA DISTRICT AS A SUBJECT OF MARKETING ACTIVITIES CONDUCTED WITH THE MEANS OF REGIONAL OPERATIONAL PROGRAMME OF LUBELSKIE PROVINCE

The article attempts to answer the question of what actions could help raising funds by communes, especially the EU, as far as it affects the statutory regulations, and how much depends on the stakeholders themselves, and how efficiently the unit uses the funds raised. The main objective of this paper is to present and assess the legal and financial aspects of the functioning of the commune as a subject in the area of marketing.
