Abstract

Craftswomen with creative and innovative advantages are likely to produce products with better finishing. This can result in conflict because within the group the dynamics may lead to a competitive atmosphere for quality and sales. Within this context, the present study aims at examining the conflicting dynamics between the craftswomen of San miguel de Yahuarcocha (Ecuador) and their implications at the territorial level. We conclude that within the group of craftswomen there are antagonistic relationships that lead to personal conflicts.
