Relacje klientów z bankami spółdzielczymi a sposób postrzegania ich produktów

The aim of the study was to determine the influence of relations joining customers are employees of co-operative banks to evaluate the activity of selected elements of these banks. The survey was conducted in 2015. Authors devoted the special attention to the way of perceiving the credit offer to customers. Maintaining relationships between customers and employees has an impact on the perception and evaluation of the functioning of both the bank and its products. Relationships with employees had impact 2/3 of respondents mentioned aspects of the bank. The results of the correspondence analysis indicated the presence of statistically significant correlation between the type of relation linking clients with employees of the bank and the perception of available bank credit offer. The strongest correlation was observed in the group of respondents with their friends cooperative bank employees and a well-evaluating its credit offer.
