Produkty sojowe w opinii konsumentów Trójmiasta

The aim of the study was to investigate consumers’ opinion about the food soy products, which may be an argument for the cultivation of soybeans in Poland. The subject of research were soy products and their perception by consumers. There has been used the method of direct research. The study was conducted among 188 consumers of soy products from Tricity. It has been demonstrated consumer interest in these products. According to the respondents the main advantages of these products are health benefits and ease of preparation. Barrier to their purchase is a low availability of the product on the market.
