Research was carried out using a diagnostic survey among agribusiness companies from the Pomorskie voivodeship of Poland, which introduced some ecological investments between 2004 and 2014. The research showed that the ecological investments now constitute a fundamental form of the execution by the agribusinesses of environmental tasks that arise from the concept of sustainable development. The investments contribute to the prevention of the progressing degradation of the environment and any actions recognized as environmentally harmful.
