Abstract

The concept of territorial development is multidimensional approach that seeks to integrate most of the economic, productive, social actors, among others in order to improve the welfare of life for farmers, hand in hand with sustainable rural development taking different axes as the human, physical, social, economic and financial capital. The State Center for Training and Monitoring the Quality of Services was operated by the Department of Agriculture of the University of Sonora since May 2013 to November 2014 and involved professionals in the fields of land, livestock, agricultural development, aquaculture, among others, and served more than 150 specialists in the agricultural sector and related fields. Conducted a diagnosis in the District Rural Development 142 Ures in order to detect various problems from different producers having found that the predominant product system within the beef sector for the region was the production of fresh milk and its by-products such as baked cheese and regional. Based on the above number of training events were scheduled to resolve the issue as milking and manufacturing were cooked and regional-based food safety and hygiene practices to enable them to increase product presence in the region cheese; so it could be identified item from a label developed for this case. To solve the problems of training was resorted to various educational and research institutions and government agencies such as the University of Sonora, FIRA, among others.
