Magyarország a csatlakozás adta lehetőségek kihasználásával jelentős agrárpiaci pozícióra tehet szert az Uniós piacon, de az előnyök kihasználása elsősorban a helyes irányválasztástól függ. A tagországok eltérő joggyakorlata néhány olyan közös vonást tartalmaz, amelyek egyértelmű jelzéseket adnak a csatlakozni kívánó országoknak. Természetesen ezek az országok minden szempontból jelentős hátrányban vannak a jelenlegi tagországokkal szemben, ezért a csatlakozásnak lesznek nagyon „fájdalmas" következményei is. A közösségi marketing eszközeinek használata a közös piacon megengedett, ám annak bizonyos formái korlátozottak. A tanúsító védjegy esetében olyan feltételeknek kell teljesülniük, amelyek a marketing stratégia újragondolását igényelik. A származás igazolására és jelzésére választhatunk olyan eszközöket, amelyeknek használata megengedett, sőt az utóbbi években kimondottan támogatott. Ilyenek a 2081/92 és 2082/92 EK Rendeletek az eredet és származás igazolására. -------------- Hungary may obtain a considerable position on the agricultural market of the European Union if she exploits its chances deriving from the accession. However, the trends of agri culture must be properly chosen in order to exploit these chances. Although the legal practices are different in the EU member states, they have also some common traits, which may serve as unambiguous indicators for the countries wanting to enter into the Union. Needless to say, these countries have considerable disadvantages as compared with those which are already members of the Union, wherefore their access will also have some very “painful” consequences. It is allowed to use the common marketing tools on the common market, but some forms of them are limited. In case of the certifying trademark some conditions must be fulfilled which require the reconsideration of marketing strategies. Along with the certifying trademark, however, other ways of certifying and indicating the origin can be chosen as well. These are tools the use of which is not only permitted but has been even explicitly supported in recent years. One of them is the EU Directive No. 2081/92 on the certification of origin.
