During this investigation Escherichia coli, fecal coliform, vibrio cholerae, Salmonella and total load of bacteria were identified from 5 stages of processing. Those stages were receiving, primary washing stage with 5PPM chlorine water, final washing stage with 10 PPM chlorine water, after blast freezing at -40 ± 20C and finally after one month storage at -18 ± 20C. It was observed that 80.69 % of total bacterial load, 77.29% of total coliform and 58.33 % of fecal coliform were destroyed during different processing stages. There was no evidence of presence of Salmonella and Vibrio cholera at any stages of processing. 000208684 650__ $$aResearch Methods/Statistical Methods 000208684 650__ $$aTeaching/Communication/Extension/Profession 000208684 700__ $$aShaheenuzzaman, M.M 000208684 700__ $$aMazumder, S.K 000208684 700__ $$aSiddique, M.A 000208684 700__ $$aMiah, M.N.U 000208684 773__ $$tJournal of the Bangladesh Agricultural University$$j09$$k2$$d2011 000208684 8564_ $$9bd34216b-1a8a-4a9b-b8f0-fce35d73b068$$s94427$$uhttps://ageconsearch.umn.edu/record/208684/files/11049-40703-1-PB.pdf 000208684 887__ $$ahttp://purl.umn.edu/208684 000208684 909CO $$ooai:ageconsearch.umn.edu:208684$$pGLOBAL_SET 000208684 912__ $$nSubmitted by Lisa Vang (vang1490@umn.edu) on 2015-09-03T17:47:09Z No. of bitstreams: 1 11049-40703-1-PB.pdf: 94427 bytes, checksum: 95d0de857e7a094d94bfd22a714149a7 (MD5) 000208684 912__ $$nMade available in DSpace on 2015-09-03T17:47:10Z (GMT).
