DISCUSSANT'S COMMENTS FOR AMERICAN AGRICULTURAL ECONOMICS ASSOCIATION ANNUAL MEETING, SELECTED PAPERS SESSION SP-6R: "ADOPTION OF TECHNOLOGY IN DEVELOPING COUNTRIES"
