WYBRANE ASPEKTY ZACHOWAŃ KONSUMENTÓW NA RYNKU ŻYWNOŚCI EKOLOGICZNEJ

The aim of the study was to present selected aspects of the consumers’ behavior related to organic food product market. The method of research used in this article is the questionnaire (100 questionnaires were conducted in the Krakow’s natural food shops) during the research on November 2013 organics foods buyers were investigated. Four out of the ten people indicated that organic food are much more expensive than conventional products. Demand for organic food is focused on honey, vegetables and fruits. The most important for surveyed costumers is food without contamination, composition of product components and expiration date of consumption.
