El presente articulo analiza la forma en la que las autoridades regionales con competencias en las materia podrian poner en marcha la ordenacion de la comercializacion de un recurso forestal, los hongos silvestres comestibles, a traves de un modelo que ya funciona para otros productors agrarios y pesqueros como es el de las lonjas subastadoras. Para ello se estrudia la viabilidad tecnica y economico-financiera de esa propuesta en la provincia de Soria, uan de las principales productoras espanolas. Se demuestra que existen opciones tecnicas para subastar esta producciones, que se podrian aplicar en cualquier zona con recurso, cuya rentabilidad seria paracida a la de otros productos primarios que se comercializan por canales similares... The aim of this article is to study how the regional government could arrange the market of wild edible mushrooms in the same way as other foodstuff. We propose wild edible mushroom markets like it is done in fish or agricultural produce markets. With this purpose, first we study the technical viability of this project and then its economic and financial feasibility in the particular case of the province of Soria (Spain), one of the most producers of this forest resource. Finally, we show the cost-effectiveness and the high return of this investment and so the technical advisability and feasibility of the proposal.
