En este artículo se tratan las repercusiones que la promulgación de dos Órdenes Ministeriales, las de 26/11/93 y 12/5/94, han tenido en la aplicación de la reforma de la PAC del año 1992 en la agricultura española, especialmente en trigo duro y girasol, en lo que se refiere al sector de las semillas certificadas......In this paper, the authors study the effects of the promulgation of two ministerial laws –both 26/11/93 and 12/5/94 laws– on the application of 1992 PAC reform in Spanish agriculture, especially in hard wheet and sunflower, in relation to the certificated seeds sector.
