Abstract

The applications of policies in Latin America contributed to macroeconomic stability but failed to redistribute income or dampen regional asymmetries within each country. Neither could maintain a employment growth, in Argentina case was a decline in employment level. This research began in august 2010, performed by the area of Desarrollo Instituto Nacional de Tecnología Agropecuaria (INTA) Oliveros y la facultad de Ciencias Agrarias de Universidad Nacional de Rosario, Santa Fe, Argentina. Selected experiences were organized in descriptive matrix considered key aspects of management of local development in rural areas. The aim of this paper is to analyze convergence and divergence in forty territorial management experiences were carried out in rural areas in different parts of Argentina. Through the results were observed crossing points where there are similarities and differences of the experiences analyzed.
