AgEcon Search visits Australia
The AgEcon Search team was delighted to be able to take AgEcon Search on the road to the meeting of the International Association of Agricultural Economists (IAAE) in Gold Coast, Australia in August 2006. At the meetings Julie Kelly and Louise Letnes hosted a booth in the exhibit area where they were able to talk with new users and potential contacts for materials, as well as updating current participants about upcoming services. Also, at the invitation of the conference organizers, they offered 5 "20-Minute Clinics" on topics such as citation searching, choosing a literature index and deciding when and if to use Google Scholar. They are grateful to the IAAE and the Farm Foundation for travel support.
