Title: The Honey Industry in New South Wales

Abstract: The fourteen and a half million pounds of honey which New South Wales contributes annually to total Australian output greatly helps to make Australia one of the top five producers, and third most important exporter in the world. In yield per hive, Australia actually is one of the leaders, obtaining over 100 lb. each year - a level approached only by Canada.
