| Abstract: | This appendix contains supplementary material to the article named in the title and published in the American Journal of Agricultural Economics. In particular, it provides a section describing the methodology for generating propensity scores used in the paper as well as estimates from alternative specifications of the model (equations (6) and (7) in the paper). As it turns out, our results are not particularly sensitive to the type of estimation strategy used. |
