Title: DYNAMIC ADJUSTMENT MODELS FOR ESTIMATING SHRIMP CONSUMPTION CHARACTERISTICS
Authors: Tyson, K. Shaine
Yanagida, John F.
Issue Date: 1984-06
Abstract: The authors analyze the factors affecting U.S. shrimp consumption. Two aspects seem to affect shrimp consumption: habit formation and inventory adjustment. They conclude that the long-run and short-run price elasticities are inelastic.
