Abstract: Comprehensive financial, economic, and social, productivity and environmental assessment of the use of bagasse energy resource is in two mills in Nicaragua who are CASUR and montélimar generating electricity using bagasse consumption. In conducting this research, it concluded that it is a very profitable business from the financial point of view, both with CASUR as Montelimar, which puts both talents in an activity with great economic benefits from the use of this renewable energy resource for society in general, although the mill has CASUR most benefit. From the point of view of social impact both mills also rated as very profitable, demonstrating that, the activity of using bagasse for electricity generation has great social contribution. From the point of view of the total productivity of the factors of production employed in the generation of electricity, both mills can improve the growth rate of productivity.
