Title: INCOME TRENDS AND PROJECTIONS FOR MINNESOTA AND ITS SUBSTATE DEVELOPMENT REGIONS
Authors: Maki, Wilbur R.
Issue Date: 1979
Series/Report no.: Staff Paper P79-9
Abstract: Total earnings of the employed work force in Minnesota and its substate development regions is presented for an 11-industry breakdown of the economy. Total personal income is derived, in large part, from total earnings. Both total earnings and personal income levels are presented for the 30-year period from 1970-2000. The shift-and-share method is used in the preparation of the substate total earnings and personal income projections.
